We have 30 days after the delivery date to submit a claims report to our print partners and will ensure that each error is either corrected, or refunded at our expense.
In case you changed your mind and do not want your product anymore, please use the contact form as well – we are not obliged by the law to accept returns for personalized products, but we will do our best to find the best option for both parties.
